Be sure to include a telephone number as well as a
convenient time for us to reach you.

Information to include on email orders:

1. Your Name and the Campaign or Business Name.
2. Billing Address and Shipping Address
3. Telephone and Fax Numbers as well as a good time to reach you by telephone.
4. The date that your order MUST be delivered by.
5. Item Description, Quantity and Number of Imprint Colors
6. Whether or not your order requires a Union Bug.
7. Attach artwork in an acceptable format if possible.
